The Coaches
CROSBY TREADWELL - HEAD COACH/OWNER
Crosby learned how to swim at the age of three. His learn-to-swim journey began at the East Capital Natatorium, in Washington, D.C. At the age of eight he joined the competitive swimming team which represented the District of Columbia (DCDR). Crosby swam competitively from the age of 8-18. During this time he represented the nations capital as a member of the youth games and zones team(s). Mr. Treadwell was also a four year swimmer in high school (Oxon Hill High School) and received All County recognition his junior and senior years, as well as All Met recognition his Senior year. After attending Drexel University Crosby returned home to pursue his passion as a coach. Mr. Treadwell has been a competitive swimming coach since 2004. He has been the Head Coach of TPDC Allstars for the past five years and is entering his fourth season as Head Coach at Maret High School.
DEANGELA FOBBS - ASSISTANT COACH
DeAngela Fobbs is a recent graduate of Howard University and a former member of the Howard University swim team. She is a former HEAL swimmer and has trained under the tutelage of Coach Crosby since she was younger. DeAngela is also the current assistant coach of the PG Killer Whales.
